It’s a good university, but the classes are not easy As, especially if you are a STEM major. As a biology and psychology double major, I tend to struggle in certain classes. They can feel impossible, but I’m sure if you put your maximum effort you will probably end up being very prepared for graduate school. Do NOT underestimate the courses offered here. In addition, self-studying may be required because some professors are only focused on their research. But because there is research, there are opportunities to get involved! For the price, you are getting a phenomenal education where you will leave more knowledgeable than you came here. The Greek life isn’t typical, which is kind of a good thing, because joining Greek life here means you’ll increase your social circle as well as increase your grades. The food is average, but for a school this size, it makes sense.
